Spacepro¡¯s Privacy Policy Spacepro (hereinafter referred to as the ¡®Company¡¯) has established and complied with a privacy policy in accordance with personal information protection regulations under the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws. This policy may change due to the enactment or revision of laws, changes in government policies, or modifications to our internal policies. Any revisions to the privacy policy will be communicated through our official website (www.fiber-x.com). The Company's privacy policy contains the following information. This policy is effective from April 01, 2012. Article 1 Purpose of processing personal information The personal information collected by the Company is processed for the purposes specified in Article 2 of this policy. Online inquiry Type: Personal informationprovided when making an inquiry on the website Retention basis: Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. Purpose of retention: Customer service Required items: Name, e-mail address, title, inquiry details Retention period: Until the person deletes the post Article 3 Matters concerningthe provision of personal information to third parties The user's personal information is processed within the scope specified in Article 2 (Purpose of processing personal information) and is not processed beyond the original scope or provided to a third party without the user's prior consent. However, personal information may be processed in the following cases: ¡Û When the user agrees to the provision and disclosure of personal information to a third party in advance ¡Û When the provision of personal information is required by law or other regulations ¡Û When it is significantly difficult to obtain consent to the processing of personal information necessary for the performance of the contract for the provision of services in the usual way due to economic and technical reasons, and ¡Û When personal information is processed and used in a state where individuals cannot be identified. Article 4 Matters concerning consignment of personal information processing As a general practice, the processing of users' personal information is not outsourced to third parties without their consent. In case there is a need to entrust the processing of personal information, we will inform users about the consignee, consignment details, consignment period, and consignment contract, including compliance with laws and regulations regarding personal information protection, the prohibition of providing personal information to third parties, and responsibilities. We will obtain prior consent from users where necessary. Article 5 Matters concerning the rights and obligations of information subjects and how to exercise them Users have the right to exercise their information subject rights in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Personal Information Protection Act, which guarantees these rights. However, users are also responsible for protecting their personal information and not infringing on the information of others. It is essential that users take care to prevent the leakage of their personal information and to avoid causing damage to other individuals' personal information, including postings. Article 6 Personal information items to be processed The items of personal information to be processed are the same as the main items of Article 2. Article 7 Process and method of destroying personal information The personal information of users is promptly destroyed once the purpose of its collection and use is achieved, except when preservation is required by other laws. The process and method of destruction are as follows: a. Destruction process The information entered by users will be destroyed in accordance with internal policies and related laws once the retention period has elapsed or the purpose of processing has been achieved. b. Destruction method 1) Electronic files shall be permanently deleted in a way that cannot be restored. 2) Records, printed materials, written materials, and other recording media recordsother than electronic files shall be shredded or incinerated. Article 8 Measures to ensure safety of personal information In accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company takes the following technical, managerial, and physical measures to ensure safety. 1. Establishing and implementing an internal management plan To ensure the safety of important personal information, the Company appoints an officer and a manager in charge of personal information protection. In addition, the Company has established and complied with internal management plan guidelines. 2. Restricting access to personal information The Company controls access to personal information by granting, changing, or canceling access rights to the database system that handles personal information, and uses an intrusion prevention system (firewall) to control unauthorized access from outside. 3. Keeping access records and preventing tampering Records of access to the personal information processing system are backed up on a separate storage medium and stored for at least six months to prevent unauthorized alteration, theft, and loss. 4. Encrypting personal information Important personal information is stored and managed after being encrypted. 5. Technical measures against hacking, etc. To prevent personal information from being leaked or damaged due to hacking or computer viruses, the Company implements various measures. This includes monitoring network traffic, installing security and antivirus systems in controlled areas where access from outside is limited, and regularly updating and inspecting these systems. 6. Access control for unauthorized persons The Company establishes and operates procedures to prevent unauthorized access to the physical storage location of the personal information system where personal information is stored.
