where employees, partner company staff, and customers can report issues related to unfair business practices, corruption, violations of fair trade laws, requests for system improvement, or conflict resolution involving suppliers. Users may also check progress and results of submitted reports through the system.

We operate a whistleblower protection program to ensure safe and confident participation for all reporters.

- Protection of Identity
- Reporters are protected from any form of disadvantage arising from making a report or providing testimony.
- Liability Mitigation
- If a reporter's own misconduct is identified in relation to the case, disciplinary action may be reduced or exempted.
